By using the Kampa website or the Kampa app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use them. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy.
Kampa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It is a personal tool for self-tracking and pattern awareness. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including Parkinson's disease.
Nothing Kampa shows you is a substitute for professional medical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, and never change medication based on the app without consulting your doctor. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
Kampa is in active development and is currently distributed to a limited group of testers through Apple's TestFlight. Features may change, break, or be removed, and availability is not guaranteed. Access is offered at our discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Kampa is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app or its outputs are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kampa and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of - or inability to use - the website or the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because Kampa relates to health, this limitation is important: you use the app to inform your own awareness, not to direct medical care.
The Kampa name, logo, wordmark, website, and app, along with their content and design, are owned by Kampa Health and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website or app - including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
