Get help with Kampa
Email us, or try the quick checks below first. Not medical advice.
Kampa is built by a small team, and support email reaches us directly - not a queue.

Emailing us
Tell us what happened in your own words. That is genuinely enough to start - you don't need to diagnose it for us.
If you can, include the details block from inside the app: open Settings → Contact support, then tap Copy details or Share details. It records which version you're running, whether a Watch is paired, and how much data you have.
The details block contains no health information - no tremor readings, no doses, no symptoms. Only counts, dates, and version numbers. You can read the whole thing on screen before you send it.
We aim to reply within two working days.
Worth checking first
Three things account for most of what people write in about.
The Watch isn't sending data
- Check the Watch and iPhone are paired and near each other.
- Open Kampa on the Watch once - background transfer can stall if the app has never been opened since a restart.
- Data arrives in batches, not instantly. A gap of an hour or two is normal.
Health data looks missing
- Open the iPhone Health app, go to Sharing → Apps, choose Kampa, and confirm the categories are enabled. iOS turns these off individually, and a single missed toggle is usually the cause.
- In Kampa, check Settings → Data sources - if a device was switched off there, its data is excluded everywhere on purpose.
Insights haven't appeared
- Insights need enough history before they will say anything. Kampa deliberately stays quiet rather than showing a pattern it cannot yet support.
- They also need the events they depend on to be logged - a medication insight needs logged doses.
More
The FAQ covers setup, how the tremor chart and Insights work, privacy, and cost.
One thing we can't help with
Kampa is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition, and it never tells you to change your medication. For anything about your treatment, talk to your doctor or neurologist.
