Does exercise help my Parkinson's symptoms?

Kampa checks whether your own workouts are followed by a change in your tremor, your walking and your heart-rate variability - and it treats each kind of exercise separately, so tai chi, walking and boxing are not averaged together. It shows what it finds, including no difference. Ask your care team which exercise suits you.

Where the workouts come from

Apple Health - from your Apple Watch or any app that writes workouts there. You can also log therapies and classes in Kampa. Workouts from a device you do not trust can be excluded in Settings.

What it compares

Your tremor, your walking speed and your heart-rate variability, with that exercise against without it. Each needs enough sessions of that kind of exercise before it reports.

Walking over the years

Apple Health often holds years of walking speed from your iPhone. Kampa reads it on the first day, so you can see whether your walking has changed long before you installed the app.
