Guide
Yes. Kampa is free on the App Store, with no subscription and no account to create. Every insight, every movement check and every neurologist report is included, along with tremor and dyskinesia sensing, charts, daily observations, logging and data export - with no limit on how much you log.

An iPhone 11 or newer on iOS 26. An Apple Watch is optional: Series 4 or newer on watchOS 10 adds passive tremor and dyskinesia sensing.
Your health data stays on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud. The app sends one anonymous usage report - counts and dates, never a health value - and nothing is sold.
