Guide
Kampa measures how long each of your own doses holds - by comparing your tremor after a dose with matched times when you had not taken one - and shows how many waking hours fall outside every dose's measured effect. It does not label any moment as OFF; it gives you the timing to discuss with your neurologist.

A card for each medication, saying whether your tremor drops after a dose and over what window - for example, from about 30 minutes to 3 hours 25 minutes - and how many of your own doses that rests on.
Each dose on your day, in Daily Observations: when it took hold and how long it held.
Hours uncovered: how long your doses tend to hold, set against how long you are awake. If the doses do not span your waking day, the uncovered stretches add up, and the card reports the total.
It differs between people and between medications, and it can change over time. Kampa measures it on your own doses: the medication card shows the window in which your tremor is lower than at matched times without a dose, and how many of your doses that estimate rests on.
Uncovered means no dose was inside its measured window - not that you were symptomatic. You may feel fine during an uncovered stretch. The card measures your dosing schedule against your day, not how you felt, so Kampa does not call it OFF.
If you take more than one - Sinemet and Mucuna pruriens, for example - each gets its own card, because averaging them hides both. Kampa measures any substance you take the same way, without deciding in advance which treatments deserve measuring.
Kampa never tells you to change a dose, its timing or its amount. It shows the pattern and can turn your record into a report for your neurologist. What to do about it is a decision for you and your doctor.
