Guide
It can, and it differs between people. Kampa compares each night's sleep - how long you slept, and how much of it was deep or REM sleep - with your tremor the next day, across many nights of your own record. It shows what it finds, including when sleep made no measurable difference.

Sleep recorded by an Apple Watch or another device that writes sleep stages to Apple Health, and tremor from an Apple Watch. Sleep comparisons need many nights before they say anything.
Kampa's sleep score is built from your own history, so it answers "how did I sleep compared with my normal?" rather than comparing you with a population.
Whether therapies and mindfulness sessions you log are followed by different sleep - longer, deeper, or with fewer interruptions.
