Guide

What should I bring to my neurologist appointment for Parkinson's?

Bring your current medications and when you take them, what changed since the last visit - tremor, slowness, sleep, mood, digestion - and the questions you want answered. Kampa can turn your record into a report: your doses, how much monitoring sits behind each finding, what you logged, and your movement checks, each with the period it covers.

Kampa's Insights card for Sinemet, marked For your neurologist: tremor drops from about 30 minutes to 3 hours 25 minutes after a dose, measured on 122 of 448 doses

What the Kampa report contains
